110cc Lifan ATV where to buy go fast parts

Hi Guys,
Im new to this forum, I know most of you guys ride pit bikes, I have bought a couple of 110cc Quads and they use a 110cc lifan engine with no gear box, they use a centrifugal clutch. The motor is the same as the CRF 50's .
I was woundering if anyone has a list of online sellers here in Australia that sell upgrade or performance parts for the Lifan 110cc, What would be the best mods to do to this engine? Should I get a big bore kit first? If so what size? ALso which carby is the best to go for and should I change the CDI?

Any advice on geting more power out of this would be awesom!
Cheers
Vince

You can port the head and intake manifold , fit a bigger carby plus a bigger exhaust pipe and you can also get a bottom end "torquer" or a mid range cam . Then there's a performance CDI box and a hi compression piston .....

You can't bore 110's out much because they usually have a CRF50 cylinder stud spacing ....... they're at 52.4 mm stock and a 54 mm bore leaves the cylinder sleeve only 1 mm thick at the bottom ........

Your main aim would be to maintain as much torque as possible since the engines are single speed ????

Below are pics of ported Loncin 110/120 intake manifolds . The engines are very similar to the 110 ATV full auto motors ...... left is stock , middle ported to match stock head port to stock carb exit , right is ported to match ported head to carb with 24 mm exit ( SL/XL 125 ~ 22 mm Genuine Keihin carb)

The ATV manifold is taller and straight (not angled off to the side) so the pics are to show manifold porting which you can do yourself at home with a steady hand , a variable speed hand drill , a file , and an el cheapo ball shaped stone plus a dressing stone to keep it clean from alloy clogging it up and giving a too rough "ripped" metal finish ......

It's also a good excuse to post "pretty" picci's for all the eager picture freaks out there ..... LOL ....

Top 2 pics are from head port side :

Bottom 2 pics are from carb flange side :

Depending on how much room you've got , a 22 mm Mikuni carby (sold as a "25" mm) would be your cheapest carb option ...... You'd need to remove your stock cam to check if it's a short 68 mm Jialing type (which it most likely is that you can buy fairly cheaply from the US or from Akunar in Thailand) OR a long type (73 mm which it more than likely isn't) that you can buy almost anywhere in Aus ....

Thanks Guys

Hi Guys,
Thanks for all your help! Those mods look like a good place to start. In regards to akuna how does it work to buy from them? They have no prices on thier site or no way to order? I went to akunar.com is this the correct site? Are there any other cheap parts sellers online?

Thanks
Vince

There WAS JDM scooters but he's stopped selling ...... probably because too many impatient idiots were ripping him off and negging him ......

eBay Seller: jdmscooters: items on eBay Australia

There are several sites in the US such as AHP ...... Outlaw etc who sell parts at reasonable prices .....

Most Aussie shops are twice the price and some are 4 to 5 times the price (who wants to pay nearly the price of a new Lifan 140 motor just for a cam or bore kit ??? ) ....
