help c90e clutch question

hi i posted on a c90 forum the other week aswell not sure if this is in the right place
i have been offered a running *HONDA C9OE* engine for about 70 quid from best mates dad but apparently it has the complete clutch missing not to clued up on Honda engines but i was wondering if it was worth it and could i just fit a Chinese clutch out of my old engine or does it have to be genuine honda any help greatly appreciated chaise
also does anyone know how i would go about getting my bike road registered in the uk its a project at the moment only just started i think the frame i have is an orion agb33 for lots of cross referencing with Google images thanks again chaise

pretty sure you cant just road register any pitbike in the uk , it has to road legal from factory , search shineray 125 and road legal pitbike on ebay uk site/
