Finally got around to getting the original longer head stem that came with the forks working. I removed the threads from the top bearing cup and machined down the step on the stem. A spacer was put in between the cup and top tripple and compression of the whole system is now done by the stem...

Sourced a Tiforce pipe, the big pipe really killed the bottom end compared to the stock pipe when i ran it up the street. needs some tuning going to have to adjust the needle me thinks. Really need to add a taller seat and planning to add an oil cooler.

Ordered some protapers and a 13 tooth front. Way better to ride on the 13 tooth. Kill swith was junk, earthing against itself, found out after i cut it up to fit. Definatley going to a fox float when i find a good second hand one. and maybe a 12"" front when i sort out the tripples

softer/different spring for fastace shock. Hi people small update. the 550lb spring that came with the shock was way to stiff, so i oredered a 325lb 3" rockshox vivid spring, it is shorter than the standard spring at 166mm which made install easy. feels way better, there are heaps of spring...

I did print them but they wouldn't let me take them home to see if they fit, may get a mate to print them out for me just haven't had the motivation.

last of the parts that where needed have arrived. finally ride-able again. Desperatly need taller bars though, does anyone know what will fit in a mx clamp (95mm).
