also inorder to make sure you are properly testing the spark make sure you are grounding the spark plug out by touching it aginst metal when turning over your bike.
why did u replace the cdi in the first place? when did the problem start and what did it do?. when u say its not getting spark is that because you looked or just because it wont start?. have you looked over the wireing for the kill switch and from the spark plug to the coil for and damaged...
most of the time when somthing like this is happining its usaly just somthing sinmple that is being overlooked. when u say u replaced the stator,cdi and the coil that kinda raises a red flag for me. are you 100% sure that the parts are installed correctly?. was the bike not running before you...
Dont forget bar risers (tripple clamp) i would go with a bbr. And also some oversized footpegs always help with making the mini for comfortable for adult riders. BBR is a great place for finding parts for this type of build.
