be careful, the allen heads have different taper angles on the head and may stick out a little bit. thats why i opted to just replace the screws with the new phillips and use an impact. impact drivers will never strip anything and will loosen the tighest of screws

if its nothing outside of the brake, there is a small bar that rotate and expands the drum. it sometime seizes when the brake is fully applied. you should be able to see it move when you take the wheel off. take a look at it maybe clean it up

um well most chains have master links. on your bmx bike, just losen the rear wheel and pop the chain off. to put back on put the chain on a couple teeth and rotate until the chain hops back on. otherwise they sell traditional chain breakers, not the prettiest way to take off a chain, but its...

any metal shop around, youll need to powder coat it when your done to prevent rust once they weld to it

best way is to take it apart and clean each part individually. i usaully sand blast any bolts that are rusty...etc. not the most fun thing in the world, but gets the bike looking brand new. also gives me a chance to use my new powdercoating system :)
