I would Get a decent chain like a DID because the chain they come with is s**t and stretches pretty quick and ends up coming off and smashing your ignition cover.

Well had a bit of a win today Changed jets and its finally running pretty sweet settled on 42 pilot and 102 main with screw at 1 1/2 turns out and needle on 1 above middle clip haven't done a plug chop as yet.

So I pulled the exhaust of tonight to check gasket and the gasket is good and there isn't any signs it has been leaking. And I've checked manifold/carby leaking using carby cleaner and contact cleaner around all of the joins etc and its doesn't splutter or no revs rising. What I did notice is...

Nah I didn't think to check the fuel bowl The screws were very tight nearly stuffed them when taking the bowl of when I first changed jets so it well could be that.

Yeah it is strange I just put the 102 main back in with the needle on the middle clip so it's now on 38/102 middle clip won't start it tonight Because the neighbours probably wouldn't be keen on it haha

Yeah mate I will try a 40 pilot next it's all I can think of the idle hardly changes when turning the mixture screw in or out.

Oh and I sealed up the little tube where the cable goes thru/sits because it was a bit loose thought there might have been a bit of air leaking in thru there.
