Was it bored with the gasket in place? Probably needs to be shimmed, took me about a thousand trial assemblies to get mine to shift smooth.

The 22 will be fine, i ran one on my 201 for awhile with no dramas, changed to an OKO and noticed ZERO difference. Jetting might be ok seeing as it came off a 190. The PE 28 on a stock 160 is overkill

4v pistons can get from braaap Frankston, im sure they would have some lying around, or from TB parts/Classic Honda fifties. You can get a new complete 4v head from China for under 200. Dunno where to get valves, ask Atomik or braaap

If not running a base gasket then you have to use yamabond or similar. Terry at FP has all the info on that. Mine was oo racing style, exactly the same but not from them. If my old motor is in that 50 frame then I know who has it.

Are you running a base gasket? The 201's run better without it or skim the jug to get the piston up the bore. I had a much higher comp piston in mine than the TB piston as well. I wonder where my old cases are as I know my old engine is not being used. Love that you are going 67mm mate, good...
