The easiest way would be run full lifan loom,cdi, coil, kill switch buy everything to suit lifan then fit all to frame in the neatest way you can and just move things around till you can get it all to fit and function correctly

If you have a kill switch disconnect it incase its faulty and stopping it from firing, its actually quite common problem that can easily be overlooked

Surely it damaged the carb, id either get replacement parts, atleast the slide and hope nothing else bent but if it runs bad definitely just get a new carb
