i pulled my carby off today and noticed that the spacer between the carby and manifold has a piece broken away.....not enough to pass the round seal but who knows when its under load???
just a thought to contribute.
mate my lifan 125 has started doing the same thing. while i dont have an answer for you i will be watching this topic with interest!
Did u actually pull the carby completely apart or just give it a spray with carby cleaner?

hey 50's.
the tracks fine for any bike/quad, its just when we havent had any rain for a while it gets mega dusty and it makes it hard to stay upright....lol
its like any track, it needs a good watering every now and then.
i try to head up there just after a bit of rain that way its at its best...
hey there aspect i probably seen u up there a few times.
i was up there last week and its bullshit dusty.
no fun when ur sliding out in the front end all the time.
thanks walker.
the forks are brand new but they aren't top quality either.
i might take it to the local moto shop and get them to have a look or if its not to hard i'll have a go at changing the oil myself.
any links to a step by step tutorial???
what would cause a set of 735mm usd forks to suddenly become very stiff?
ive searched the site and read a lot about oil weight and levels but i havent changed anything with them.
to me it seems very strange so if anyone has any ideas i'd love to hear them.
cheers
