they dont really have a brand... lookup 49cc pocket bike or 49cc dirtbike on ebay and youll find the parts you need

not a motard guy myself but ive read a few posts about it and it seems that sava tyres are the go from what ive read. lookup sava mc31 and see where you can get them near you.

ok so turns out my z40 is only 69mm long. so from what ive read is for the old 125/138 lifan head... so ill be needing to buy another cam and sprocket as its hiding if its here. anywhere in aus sell the cams?

Ok its probably been asked a million times but what cam fits the lifan 150 head? Whats the difference between a 125 and a 150 cam as i have a 125 cam (z40) and it doesnt fit the 150 head. I cant remember if the length is different or just the bearing sizes? im wanting a little more punch out...

i have no idea about vac/ohms readings form the stators... can you take some pics of your wiring so i can see if its wired same as mine if the wire colours are the same...

outer rotor kits are compatible with all the motors.. if yours is already new go through the wiring and make sure its all connected correctly and make sure there actually connecting. no idea what my stator reads and i smashed my multimeter last week so cant check at the moment. i could check...

if you buy all new electrics for the bike then you know there not going to be a problem anymore. if the timing is lined up, valves have clearance and you have fuel then theres only electrics left to be a problem.

Have you tried a new sparkplug yet as suggested? sometimes youll think a plug is good as you can see a spark but the compression will blow it out when its in the bike? If your going to replace the magneto id just buy a whole new outer rotor kit for the bike and then you know its all new and...

if its been ridden with a flat tyre you might find the valve has been torn from the tube. get a decent pump if youve got the money, youll get the ****s with a $5 bike pump.. i use a tioga floor pump if its late, otherwise i use the air compressor at home and the 12v 4x4 pump if im out riding...

99% of them are actually a jiacheng cougar 100 which is a chinese bike with a suzuki motor, supposedly all the suzuki parts are a straight swap as its cloned off there bike. .. sorry to say but its near impossible to find parts for those things unless you get lucky with a suzuki dealer.

if you watch the cam you can tell when your at tdc. about half a rotation of the crank(1/4 rotation of the cam) after the intake valves close is tdc on compression stroke. at a guess the cam sprockt should be in the same position as the pic my67xr put up. taking the plug out makes it easier for...
