Thanks it's just slipping, I run a full synthetic oops. If I change the oil and adjust the clutch would this buy me a few weeks as my closest dealer is closed for a month so won't be able to get a new clutch for a while.

Hi, I'm after help with clutch adjustment on a current model motoworks 125cc full auto, and does anyone know what motor this is a copy of, as its just advertised as a yamaha copy but not your usual ducar/ Lifan brands. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Matt

I just took bike out to check noise again, it seems to clunk every 1/3 turn of rear wheel. My thought now is that it has chipped tooth the final drive gear. Has anyone had to replace this?

Nah no metal in oil, well not yet. I changed the oil as soon as i got it, but had noise before then. I might just ride it till it goes bang, then chuck a new motor in it. Thanks for your help.

I had a look around near the bearing but noise seems to be coming from very rear of the box, and only under load as i can't get it to do it when on stands.

Hmm ok, how hard was it to change?

Sorry, should of added that it only makes the noise while in gear. Clutch in or out still makes the noise. But thanks anyway mate.

Hi all, I'm looking to see if any of you on here have had a prob with ticking/clunking noise from gearbox area. At first i thought it may have been chain adjuster, but replaced that, pulled side cover off but no prob under there. Now looking for possible internal causes. Only happens while...
