No need to punch it.the wheel spacer will hold the bearing in the hub.

try putting a bit of sealant at the back of the pads then spread the pads so that it will rest at the piston and the other to the caliper, let it dry, the pads will stay and will not move when you put the caliper back to the bike.

when I did mine I did not use the rear guard to much hassle,I just use the ttr rear guard with the crf110 plastic.

nice one.Love the look of the crf110 plactics,they are sexy.

Just fitted one On my stock yx 160.jetting is 100 and 38. Man the bike has plenty of power compare to my mikuni 30mm.
