Just ordered the Uni Air filter cleaning kit. Also I found the oil leak but have pin pointed where exactly. Its coming from around the exhaust port. It burns on my exhaust causing white smoke. I just dont know where its coming from. I do know that its from the bottom of the head.

My filter is not oiled and has never been oiled:lol_hitting: I dont have air filter oil, is there and alternative? And thats fine, Im not in a rush :)

My67xr helped me ALOT getting my bike running perfectly. I noticed that my bike idles perfectly at .5 turns out on the fuel screw. If I set it to 1 or 1.5 it wont stay running. What is the reason for this. My6xr, are you coming to the rescue again?:action-smiley-033:

For some reason, when I started it at 1 full turn out the idle was high and even when I turned the idle screw down nothing changed. And do I do the steps you just listed with the flap open or closed?

So when the flap is closed it runs starts and idles perfectly...Where do we go from here? Am I supposed to let it start and run for a while with it closed. I havent started the bike in a long time and when I tried to start it it didnt start. It only starts with the flap closed.

Remember how I told you I had a cable choke? Well I pull on the part where the cable is supposed to go and it started up instantly. Quick question...Is the choke on or off when the butterfly flap is open? Like when you can see down the throat of the carb is the choke on?

Do I clean the bowl out before I start it or it doesnt matter?

The fuel screw gets taken out? Doesn't it make it run rich?

And it's a 19mm carb. With a cable choke. Didn't come with a cable though. Bought it off of eBay.

Heres the deal... I sprayed the intake and even the whole carb just to make sure that I sprayed it and the rpm did not pick up. Dont think its a leak. I took out the plug to see if I got a spark, i did. I adjusted the idle screw, still did the same thing. I adjusted the fuel screw. Nothing...
