Has anyone had anything plastic welded before? Or done it? Is it expensive? I have a problem with the tap position on the tank its squashing the air filter, can the tap be moved?

Have asked this before but got no answers I have a brand new lifan 125cc and the clutch has been knocking but stops when I engage clutch noise stops but haven't even done 15 hrs yet getting beyond frustrated is there any tricks to taking of that side of the motor? :confused-smiley-013

my new lifan 125 has got a slight quite knock in the clutch and I know it's the clutch cause it stops when I engage it but bike kicks going into gear, and are these motors supposed to move freely in gear with the clutch in? :hmmm:

I have a brand new lifan 125cc choking up just after take off, carby fully cleaned out and can't figure it out timing?, valves? Any help would be awesome

Please help have checked oil breather that's as far as I got so far

just got a new lifan 125cc engine and bolted it in and got it running and its blowing heaps of smoke, muffler tip coated in oil and the breather wasnt clogged its got me quiet confused any help will be awesome like a carbie tuning pdf manual for a mikuni :bigcry:

Hey ppls I just joined up here its new to me and have a big wheel pitty not sure what year, just found I have a oval bore doesn't help keeping oil burning so old motor (150cc) is in the wheely bin and am chasing a new motor I'm in maroochydore
