sweet! I'll check it out tomorrow! it's been really frustrating tested the cdi and coil all seems well, and as you say the wiring is correct at the moment so last think is the magneto! hopefully I can figure out what's going on!

alrightsweet, I've played around with it tested the coil and the cdi even swapped everything around still no spark :( is there a way to tell if the magneto is blown? hmm really frustrating!

okay quick update this is how the bike stands! get a couple parts gathered together! new stator plate!graphics and plastics kit,bigger bars! filter! magneto cover, rear drum, front tyre and tube! bike was running mint!... suddenly stopped! lost all spark! checked spark plug and not sparking at...

okay guys, hike is all back together running quiet well, just want to know what would be causing my bike to basically be accelerating and the it like backfires not a noise but whole bike kickbacks then goes back to normal? cheers Emilio

hey all, picked myself up a flywheel and woodruff key today! basically brand new which is great :) okay apparently when I put the flywheel back on I need to use a rattle gun? is that correct , is there any other manual ways I would be able to put it on any tips or tricks that would be helpful...

cheers for the info mate! yes I'll be looking for a new woodruff key! they sell them at any pit shop? and the neutral problem always occurs when I'm at top throttle and change gears will just go into neutral, cheers mate!

okay so that's what my woodruff key looks like... would this be the slipping into neutral problem!?
