    Probably a dumb question but have you checked the spark plug? I would search for a wiring diagram an test the voltage at each wire. You may be able to buy a whole new harness, but I doubt the lifan 250 is anything like a 140. Thats a vertical motor mine is horizontal

    I ended up ordering a new stator and gapped the flywheel to sensor.

    So my chain popped off and hit the magnet sensor that the flywheel spins past and busted the sensor. After taking sensor apart I reassembled everything with but didn’t readjust the clearance of the sensor and flywheel. I still didn’t get spark so I ordered a new Amazon Lifan 140 stator. Last...

    Anyone have a strong straight peg mount for a Lifan 140 motor? I have already bent 3 pairs and I haven’t really even been jumping the bike yet. I have thought about welding a gusset of tube to the bottom of one of my mounts that I just straightened but I’d rather not jimmy-rig something…

    It did, thanks brotha! Now I just need to fab the kx65 swingarm and linkage up so I can ditch the Chinese rear shock and match my front forks!

    Lifan 140 Clutch arm

    So I can’t get the cluch on my lifan 140 to spring back the shaft on the clutch arm goes through the tube and the pin that engages the clutch plates is in, but I can’t figure out how to engage the clutch spring at the bottom of the shaft. Any ideas?
