Make sure the O ring goes on first and then the long washer / thing goes on, make sure the rubber does not overlap the edge before you put it together or you will be loosing alot of oil!

Black duck is the go tho!
Also know a tonne of not so legal spots around the sunshine coast!
Sounds like you have got some oil residue on your header pipe. Should clear off in a small ammount of time. Check the head for oil leaks, that could also possibly be leaking on to the header pipe.
lol, you cant be serious....
Personally id upgrade to a cr125. U will die on a 500 2 stroke if your used to the py50.
What type of riding are you hoping to do?
Franky, u smoke to many billies!!
Stunt, they are just a take off, you will find out latter on when the metals start corroding... But still an ok set of forks for the price of the bike
much better way.
Remove them from the subwoofer enclosure, being very carefull. Each one should have 2 wires and a little black / white box. This is the unit wich egnites the particles in the tubes.
Once removed, place all items in the trash can, as neons are gay! :P
I wouldnt bother...
There are carbies like these on cars, using a primary and secondary intake. Where vacume pressure opens up the secondary intake at higher revs. There was twin carb setups for the little 125's on ebay also. If yo use the search button.
mate, just sounds like your getting non compression stroke, then the compression stroke. fairly normal after everything has run in smoothly.
Theres probably a bit of oil still in the engine also, i usually get 600 or so out during oil change. ;)
