well lets put it this way... i revved the shit outta my ducar when i first got it next day i still revved the shit outta it and many many many days of revving the shit outta it i finally changed oils.... OH YES i was running factory crap... i think it was about a month i finially changed oils...

keep it at half throttle each gear n shit n every now and then rev it then throttle off and let engine braking kick in. keep doing that in the first tank of fuel after that ride it hard. if you dnt put pressure on the rings then it wnt properly form and once tht cross hatching goes...

lol i was planning on getting it anyway so i might as well get it now rather than later. is there anyway to check if the cdi is no good? because it starts up and runs but only starts playing up when u hit a certain rpm point

oh shit aye i hope the new coil fixes my problem cuz it only started when i put the irk in. but if it doesnt then my cdi is prolly no good then. hey tubes how much do u want for the cdi?

i just ordered a kitaco supercoil the other day and hopefully it will fix my cutting out in high rpm but if thats not the problem then my cdi tht came with my irk is rooted so will any high rev cdi work with the irk aslong as i have a cdi harness to fit the irk? thanks

if u think itz not earthing properly direct link the green wires together and see if u got a spark then. if not then itz either wired wrong or ur coils no good?

so you guys reckon my cdi is busted since it wnt let me go past a certain speed? and when i rev it idling it still cuts outs or could my coil not produce enough electricty for my plug?

nah checked my carby and exhaust. no leaks there. changed over plug and it still does it. it started happening when i put the irk on. ive moved the sensor all the way either end and it still does nothing. i have no idea whats going on.

i done my valves today just had a lil more compression back but it still doesnt run good up high. stutters like the jets are blocked but there not. so whats the problem?

oh yeh i thought it might be my valves because ive checked out everything and yeh still had the cutting out at high RPM ill go readjust my valves tmoz and let you guys know how it went. cheers

oh yeh i know how to adjust valves but i was wondering if incorrect valve gaps cause my bike to stutter and backfire at high RPM?

valve clearance for a lifan 140 all i know is that itz .003 for intake and .004 for exhaust but is that in inches or mm?

hey can valves make my bike back fire and stutter if not set up right? because my bike stutters and backfires at high 3rd and half 4th. ive checked out everything, carby is all tuned up, the plug is brown no air leaks in the exhaust and adjusting then sensor on the irk does nothing to stop...

oh ok so if the flywheel nut is a left rotation so the clutch nut should be a right rotation since itz on the otherside?

yeh itz all good. it pulls the clutch arm on the engine all the way but it still doesnt engage and it doesnt spring back either. itz like real soft to push
