Old post but clear it up finally, No clutch going up, you must use it when going down because what are you most of the time doing when ur going down gears? slowing down ie Braking. So when u brake u pull the clutch in yah? so there u go.

yeh i fixed it. 1st: change your idle, low it down (i did this the first time and bike was fine) so when you rev it it should be shweet! if not you have to change you air/fuel mixture screw. its a bit hard whilst the bikes running because u cant fit a screw driver in ther coz the gaps so...

i got 20-50w i think. valvoline (sp?) just make sure its not synthetic. these engine dont like synthetic oil. it has to be mineral based (i think thats what its called) Ben.
