    First of all: Loose that carb...they are POS Second : Get a Keihin PE or PWK 28 Third: Go to the BBR Website and check about the jetting of this carb :thumbup:

    Rev Limiter

    Mini ignition do not have limiters...specially not the chink ones! What you experience is known as "Valve float" ...get some stronger Valve springs and you can rev it it a bit further.
