Champions. Thanks a heap guys! Ya all saved me ALOT of dickin around. Oh, I took it to my mates farm for his party and I left it un-attended. Ended up some kids where trying to start it and just kept kicking until it snapped off! Man was I pi55ed!

Anyone know if you can replace the 'rod' that sticks out of the engine that the kick start lever connects onto? Mine snapped off and I dont want to weld a new lever onto it. I asked DHZ if they have any part to suit, but they seem to be to busy to respond... even though I bought almost all my...

changing the sprocket wont change the 1st gear problem, it will still rev out quick in 1st, its just the way the gearbox are geared, and is rather sh*t. Just keep it in second... Changing 1 tooth on the front is more noticeable than changing 1 tooth on the rear... so change a couple on the front...

I replaced my pads with carbon or somesuch, cant even bloody remember... and it was ok, but not worth it IMO... just accept they have crap breaks and move on lol

I used to run 30. Was ok but the rear did slide alot. I lowered them down to around 15 and they stuck alot better, can rly lean the bike over now. Im not sure why ppl run high pressure, im pretty sure its only because they haven't thought to try lower.... even on a fast track anything much over...

Whats ppls opinions on the grade of petrol to use. IMO, using 98 RON is a waste. Does anyone have any proof or where they told from a mates brothers aunties sisters dad that 98 is the best and actually does something. I call BS.....

I built my bike from scratch and have used bunnings high tensile bolts. They only come in packs of 4 though! No problems.

if the track u race on is good for 14front41rear and spoon is using 17front and beating u guys.... ya'll must sux majorly haha 3 up on the front is massive!

Hey mate I have raced a few times and the best peace of advice I can give is.. number 1... tyres.... race tyres.... number 2... gearing..... your bike is geared WAY to high.... you will want 41 or higher rear and 15 or below front. I run 41 rear and 14 front, most run 13 front and 41 rear...

Why buy two sets? I get your idea, but its not worth it IMO... They last freakin ages. Just buy one good set, then u dont have to change tyres all the time... meh

Ur bars snapped because u cant bend Alloy once it has been bent before... They would have held up otherwise.

We have rules in Aus which state you must use a china 125/140cc motor, which really helps to keep costs down... I dont look forward to the day when anything goes and it becomes whoever has the deepest pockets win. Cheers for the reply :)
