Does anyone know how i can improve the shocks on my link 250 there really soft but at the same time you can feel every bump you hit

My son squeezed front brake before it was assembled... lost fluid I bled the brake as per video.. still soft and spongy. no responce at all from brake.. atomik sent new brake but i want to keep the other as a spare.. any help would be appreciated ...:)
