Have you tried running it with out the airfilter and see if its doing it? i remember i had this problm with my first bike, also had it with a yx140, could be crap fuel, even a bad carby, also as the above people said, could be valve clearance

is a POS imo, stick to the well know'n brands, since you have a decent bike. lifan or yx.
