stamp duty is a state tax and im pretty sure im gonna have to pay it here and in qld.

hittin a false neutral, the bike hasnt clicked into first properly, that click and the the bike stops is when it hits 1st properly, theres nothin wrong with that bit, some bikes dont shift properly unless they are running or the gear box is moving

I agree with motorman, it is impossible to get one rec reged, although you can get them registered as a tractor or something stupid like that, but that still doesnt allow you to ride it in the bush
