fuel switch dhz dpro 140

hey guys, have a dhz dpro 140 and i am very confused about which way the fuel switch is meant to be. It has 3 position 1) off 2) On 3) Reserve i know off which is the little end pointing to the dot but not sure about reserve and on both have fuel poring out i normally ride with short end...
