Not going to cut and paste my whole thread as it's mostly the boring part of finding parts, but after collecting parts for a couple of months I've got myself an alright roller built up, just waiting to pick up a few parts, namely a motor that I've got lined up.

It's by no means an amazingly spec'd bike, but it's more than enough for me after being out of the game for a few years. Most of it I've picked up at reasonable prices or fairly local.

Looking forward to getting this one done and stirring up some **** over the summer. :cheeky-smiley-031:

Haven't really done much lately as I've been having fun on the BMX again.
Bought myself a few odds n ends off someone I know last week to bling it up a little.

Red Baron Tank Cap
Red Baron Chain Guide
Hardstyle 33T "Spade" Sprocket
Fast50's +1 Gear Lever

Also got impatient waiting for a nice Honda engine to pop up so I ended up saying **** it and buying a cheap semi-auto 4 speed YX88 for the time being.

Fitted a new rear axle, got some custom chain tensioner bolts made up and fitted, fitted new shock bolts, trimmed my swingarm bolt, straightened my subframe and a few other little bits. Just got to space my rear wheel correctly(It's slightly out so the sprocket doesn't line up) and fit the sprocket then it's ready for the lump.

So this morning I was awakened by some loud knocking on the door, checked my phone, 9.30AM. Quickly got dressed and sprinted down stairs and was greeted by the Parcel Force lass, had to go grab a box out of the van myself cause it was too heavy haha! Anyway, got it indoors all happy and smiling knowing what it was...

Left it in the room whilst I went and got my breakfast as I didn't want to start work too early cause the neighbors live on the back of my workshop so didn't want to be too noisy.

Couple hours later and the (almost) finished product..

Just need a decent peg bar, decent pegs, decent brake pedal and tidy my wiring up a little bit. Oh, and fit my sprocket and chain. Didn't want to be too tempted to take it down the road as it's been a while since I had a blast on a proper minibike!

All done, just going to get myself new aftermarket peg bar, pegs and brake pedal!

Chain and sprocket fitted a few days ago. Got bored this morning, got up out of bed and decided to paint my frame black as the white was looking like ****. Got that finished up, got bored, decided to paint clutch and ignition cover red. Doesn't look too bad really. Started going through all my spare fuel hoses and such, couldn't find my old yellow stuff so ordered some for the tank>carb, carb>overflow and tank cap>breather. Cut up the old red **** to make myself a crankcase breather pipe as well.

Got pissed off wit the number board being all over the place too because BBR SP-5's have no proper number board mount, so I robbed a brake cable guide off my mates chinker and bunged some self tappers in my number board hahaha, doesn't look **** now. #sinisterreppin

Probably done some more **** too but I can't remember atm.

All good.

Bike is looking sweet now.
The frame look's a lot better in black.
That red you used match's the Foam filter, but i reckon you need to repaint it though in a high gloss red.
Good to see some Aussie sticker's on it too Sinster50's !
I wouldn't think there'd be too many set's of them over there !

Cheers dude. Yeah the frame looks real stealth in black, the white was okay but it got dirty far too quick.
Yeah that was my fault haha, some idiot swapped the lids over on the paint cans in the shop and I never bothered to check the actual can so ended up with VHT red... Didn't realize until AFTER I'd painted it all :11doh:, will act as a good surface to blast over with some high gloss red to match the fairing though.

And yeah for sure dude! It was thrown in with the CRF88 fairing I bought so I was like hell yeaaah haha, going to grab a couple Sinister 50's stickers shortly and stick them on each side of the subframe bracing too!

Finally sorted out some decent fuel pipe rather than scraps off old bikes floating round the shed. Also decided to buy a red CNC stem nut to bling the front end up a little whilst I consider spraying my yokes black. Red Baron dress up kit turned up in the mail today so quickly chucked that on too, amazing what a few little bits can do for the look of a bike!

So a couple days ago I bought a Kitaco IRK. I've heard mixed reviews for years but decided that there's only one way to find out MY opinion of them... So I fitted it, wired it all in, fired her up... Revs like mad, sounds amazing.

Gave it a little rip around the garden a few times and the responsiveness is second to none, revs like mad and although people claim they take all the "thump" out, the bottom end is amazing!

Just ordered a Billetware HD peg bar, now on the hunt for some tidy pegs and a 2 bros brake pedal!

Fast50's rear pegs are now on order with the Billetware peg bar.

Back to black... Swapped back to the tatty Five-O fairing for now until I find some Red Baron ones in black. Looks a lot better I think.

Been treating the bike a fair bit. Bought a brand new Billetware HD peg bar, Fast50's pegs, Two Brothers brake pedal and fitted those. Feels a lot better now. Wire wheeled my clutch cover back down to bare metal whilst I consider what color to do them, thinking of doing it original Honda style silver. Maybe a dark grey. Also cleaned up my Sano pipe whilst I consider whether or not to swap it out for another pipe...

And then I decided to feed my Red Baron addiction and finally found some Red Baron graphics in black, plus more..

Also may have sourced myself a all black Five-O seat with the writing on the side, so that'll be a nice little touch. Red/black Five-O one can be hung up on the wall ready for bike #2.

Got my Red Baron throttle from Estonia and my fairing off bigs

Got a new pipe being dropped off today as I sold my Sano this morning, that's a secret till I have it though. Also got a new frame lined up that'll be in my possession next week.

Pulled my finger out and swapped frames today... Not without a bit of hassle obviously. I got a little excited and didn't notice some excess powdercoat on the brake pivot and well, my brake pedal was well and truly ****ing jammed. Only one way to sort it... CUT IT OFF. Well not quite, I cut a slit in it to release pressure(I missed a couple times) and then it crowbar'd right off.

But on another note, the bike is looking mighty fine with the new frame if I do say so myself.
