125cc lifan cam chain tentioner

Hey so i need some help, I have a problem theres an aweful ticking noise being made from the cam chain tentioner as the chain spins round, it is very exsesive, ive recently put a new head on and the problem remains the chain has been swapped to a second hand one still a problem, ive also changed the tentioning arm and spring still no change it seams to either be the chain or the cogs has anyone else had this problem? Or could share some insight? Much appreciated

Seems like either the tensioner is faulty or you are low on oil since the tensioner works with hydraulics basically since oil can´t be compressed.

Still has the same problem with the oil in it, since ive had it running and thats when you hear the tentioner arm but ill check the tentioner arm and replace it tonight and re-comment
