Hello all, decided to do my first thread on our custom p-dub! We've had it for years now as you can see by the scratches and missing paint, but aside from that it's been running strong and is surprisingly fast with all the mods on it.
Mods:
*Front end off a 125cc pitbike (forks, 12" alloy wheel, brake kit, tripleclamps, bar clamp, axle)
*Custom leather seat
*250lb china shock (Not sure which brand, probably fastace)
*Removed spark arrestor in muffler and welded custom exhaust tip on
*Removed expansion pipe packing
*Drilled holes in the airbox (6 at the front and shaved the corners off)
*Custom manifold
*2000 Pw80 graphics (torn and bubbled, think we should ditch them soon)
*Painted plastics + Swingarm (plastics idea is pretty stupid, I know )

Things to do:
*gpx 660mm fork kit
*Repaint swingarm + engine cases
*Replace clutch (wheel spins pretty fast in neutral)
*Rebuild top end, possibly bore it up to 92cc
*Mayybe an fmf pipe, not too sure on that, what do you guys reckon?
*Get a new fricken' camera, stoopid phone :mmph:

Pics below, let me know what you guys think ;)

Removed the restrictor in between pipe and cylinder?
Mill head 1mm for a nice bit of snap.
Good to veer from the beaten path.
Neat project.

Darn it, thats one thing I forgot to add, yes we did take the restrictor out too.
Thats one thing we gotta try, thanks mate :)

UPDATE: We probably will be scrapping this project, little brother (who owns the thing) has decided to swap the front end again and sell it soon :/
