My son and I have just bought a 250 Orion and a 250 Atomic Kuda. Both are very good bikes and run really well. Except for my son's Orion. When ever he opens up the throttle and the revs get higher it starts miss firing. We've replaced the CDI, mucked around with the fuel mixture and replaced the spark plug. It got better but it still missing up the top end a little bit. Does any one have any ideas as to what the cause of this could be? I'm pretty sure it's electrical...:)

Hi Mate,
Sorry to dig up your old thread. Did you end up solving this problem?
I have an AGB-30, Idles fine, But as soon as i hit the throttle, It starts firing black out the back end. The Spark plug also fouls and is wet.
Just through your solution if you found one may of helped me.

Have you cleaned the carby out and blow it out with compressed air, check the needle in the slide, to make sure its not moving freely up and down. Have you tried another plug and checked there is no water in your fuel?
