atomik upgrades

Hi guys i was just wondering what would you's recommend changing on the 125 atomik nitrous mid sized i dont want to spend alot but things that would make it better?

what suspension would you reccomend is that all tht really needs to be upgraded as im not going to be going over any big jumps? is it easy to replace suspension? for a rookie?
