Mate of mine bought this property . checked it out on the weekend. heaps of single tracks full of moss and rocks.

With a bit o' work (mostly trimming), y'all could have one heckuva track through the brush there... then take it out in the open where some riders could catch up, LOL. As an alternate plan, you could let riders "trim" the brush with their bikes, helmets, teeth, limbs, etc., and just work on the berms, LOL. Better watch out, you'll make Shearer jealous with a setup like that... LOL.
 
The thing is my mate and the other guys he bought the property with ride braaap 14/17 160 cc .. So l had the opportunity to test a big wheel pity for the first time. Maybe lm not used to it but didn't gel with the 160 .big wheel. They insisted the 190 was (a bit small for the task)l obviously disagreed . l tell you what even thou lm running 17/35 gearing it chopped up the hills . May of been the grippy Michelins on it , lm still keen to do some more hours on the big wheel thou this time over more rockier terrain were l thing it will shine.
