cant fit engine in klx style frame

hi i got a klx frame with a 125cc lifan

engine in it its got the clutch at the front

i tried putting a kdf gt 125cc engine in

but wont fit cause the clutch is on top

like the gpx engines it lines up perfect

but the clutch bit hits the frame any clues

to make it fit sorry for shit pics thx

pic 1 is the bike pic 2 is where it hits near the engine mount bolt
pic 3 is the new engine

Some mod the clutch arm to make is smaller, but most just chop into the frame a bit. not recomended but it works. I did it on my old Provert frame never created any issues with cracking or bending in that area.

lol pics are useless, i cant tell what frame your even talking about..
can you link us to a pic of a frame that is the same..

use the slimest bolt head and install from clutch side
then bend arm up
bend as little as possible to clear bolt head
easy as

i guessing its some sort of perimeter frame..
just do as above ...

Have a look at this thread, I had to do the same thing, Just bend it using two shifters and only bend it as much as you need and no more or it will effect the clutch and how hard it is to pull in.
