Clutch problems :/

I recently bought a 125cc ssr pit bike full manual. It came in a tote of parts as that's how you get a good deal haha. But I got it together and running and clutch won't disengage. Read everywhere online figured plates were stuck. Took apart and looks good. After assessing seems there's something missing. Attaching pictures of the parts I have when I get home. Has front clutch. I know the cable good and all the parts in the outside adjustment are correct. It's something inside the cover that's not correct.
