We have been with Optus for around 20 years and have been trying to upgrade our phone and internet services with Optus for quite some time, we were finally told that they could do it but instead of upgrading our service they decided to cancel all services then tried to blame us for asking for it to be done, the matter is now being dealt with by the Communications Ombudsman and they have 48 hours to rectify their stuff-up.
