lm really disappointed . l dropped the oil on the 190 today , finding one of the clutch basket gear teeth in the sump. l only replaced it 12 hours of riding ... l always kick the engine over tdc and have not had a kick back since l installed it.

Damn ! I know the feeling but mine had lost 7 teeth in the 20 hour's from the owner before me.
It wasn't off the drive gear, idler gear or kick start shaft gear?
I wonder if the part's have any warranty ?

lm sure its off the basket. l measured it up with the old one. Unless the other gears are similar. l just spent 4 hours on a tune, grease up head stems and polish up. l not keen on removing the side cover. To top it off l serviced the kids pw 50 and the dhz .. Eaten up the whole day
