Is the best thing to do, go to a bearing shop with an old bearing and replace with a japanese equiliveant? Cant find any on any websites. And the seals, are these readily available?

Sprint's keep the bearings in stock, or try a BSC bearing's in Lonsdale next to Car Part's Plus.
Bearing's are 6202 2rs (15 mm ID x 35 mm OD x 11 mm Wide) are about $6 ea new, seal's are 35mm x 22mm x 7mm and cost about $6 a pair

Just keep your pressure cleaner away from the bearing's/seal's and they last you a long time.

Ah cool, if sprints have them as i get trade there. they wouldn't carry the seals though? the bearings might be ok, but they would've been exposed to a fair bit of dust on the first 4 days away until i noticed the seals on that side out if the rim.

I don't use a pressure washer, just a bucket and brush.

They might sell the seal's but i've never asked them.
You could try Repco too.
