I need to vent my frustration. I supplied a photo to DHZ as I needed parts for a DHZ 160 I bought second hand. They sent the parts but all were correct apart from the front break master cylinder which was wrong. I sent another email with the photo showing they sent the wrong master cylinder. No reply. So I sent another follow up email politely asking for a reply. No answer. I called and spoke with a female worker who was aware of it and she said she would talk with, who I assume is the boss and call me back in 5 minutes. No return call. So I looked at the ACCC web page and they say to contact them and outline what you need them to do to rectify the problem. I sent another email asking they send the correct master cylinder and I would return the incorrect one they sent. I requested they reply by close of business today but again, no reply. So looks as if I need to lodge a complaint with the ACCC over something so simple. Anyone else had issues with DHZ Sales.
