Ok so I'm looking around for a first bike (it works out cheaper for me to buy a bike than actually paying for lessons) but I'm not the kind for one of those crotch rocket type things, I want something that can be used for freeways and offroad so I came to the conclusion that a 250cc was too small due to it barely being able to hit 110kmp/h so a 400 became my best bet, anyone here had any experience with them? and do you recommend them as a first road legal bike?

They go for miles little matenence a little heavy for dirt use but perfect for road, and hey if you drop it more than likely can pick it up and ride hhome the cons are low power but if you can put up with that ..
