Ok.... Hmm... I got the peice made up....

Not exactly in the middle... Neither did I put the holes... So its kinda one sided..lol


So here is when it was full lock.....
So decided that wouldn't cut it... Couldn't turn too well... So I cut off an angle...
Does it look better turning wise now??

yeah, second pic looks a bit better.
you could even tap the bar backwards a little on each side, if the forks still have the room to move back a bit more
take it off the bike first though

ive gone abit blank....??? tap the bar backwards?.... you mean adjust the bar risers back?


ive also gotta make the stopper so its the same on the other side....

nah the bar/rod that you welded to the bolt on bracket.
you might gain a little more angle when turning ?
that's if there is a fair bit of clearance there

Oh yeah now of got ya.... I've gotta bend the other side down a tad too......
I think there's a reasonable amount of clearance
