High wired n stressed out

I have a JIANSHE 95 JS 150cc dirt bike it's in a atomic dirt bike shell so I don't think the frame matches the motor the compliance plate says 250cc , ....any way to cut along story short It come without a wiring harness, the starter has a red wire,yellow wire,black wire,n a black with red stripe wire. Outside the starter there's a black box with a blue with white stripe wire, n a black wire. Below the front sprocket there is a screw spring with a wire attached.

Five pin cdi,. regulator- rectifier with a black wire, yellow wire, green wire, yellow wire, red wire in order. Coil with a green pin n a black pin. The bike has no starter motor n is a kick start n I don't need a kill switch ATM. I have 10 bikes n none of them go. I am mechanically minded but with cars n run my own car Buisness but I get lost with bikes.

Can someone please help ASAP I am new to this
