Ok... The main idea is that no matter what engine/bike you have if you follow these instructions you will be able to make it run like it should. Umm... i have no idea about the 2 harness thing... Maybe if you chuck up a few pics i could help you. Where is the socond harness? What plugs does it Have?
 
Okay i got the two wires now i have the blue with the white stripe and the black with the red were to the cdi do i put it? They have the little connecters also i grounded the coil but were does the black with the yellow stripe wire comming of the coil connect too???
 
i have the three wires ready to go to the cdi but how to i get it there man i dont understand that pik it just shows the wires going to the box how do i get it to it???:(:(:( im trying to do it as i type

Sorry man, your problem probably isn't that complicated i just can't quite picture what exactly you are trying to do... So you have all the wires and connectors for the CDI? All you have to do is choose a place to mount you cdi and then route the wires...
 
no i have to connect the blue wire with the white stripe. the black wire with the red stripe and the the coil to the cdi i have no idea how to do it on thise motor?
 
Oh ok... One of the wiring looms you have a a cdi connector correct? So if you pull back a little bit of the insulation around this plug you should be able to see the wires and colours? Basically match these up with the ones you see in my diagrams (The wiring diagrams are probably more useful than the pictures) and solder it up? Am i on track yet aaaaarrrrghhhh?
 
hahaha im getting there but the wires arent the same arrrrrrrrrrrr hahahaha how do i post piks to show you?

thanks man im almost there ill show you what ive got so far i have a feeling ill be done in like five minutes you really know what your talking about

i have no idea about wires lol:)

the same place as the black with the red it also has a couple other wires these a yellow and a white i think
 
Ok i think i'm getting there now... I'd say that second loom of yours was for a charging circuit. That is where the yellow and white wires go... So i'd just cut that terminal straight off and then solder it up to the wire it needs it to be in in the cdi harness. Could you grab a pic of the actual cd plug? all i can see is purple, pink, red/blue, and green.
 
ok give me a min i hope this works becuase im told this is a much beter motor then the one i used to use lol one sec

that big black thing is the stand not a wire bad pik lol
 
Ok so you need to cut the terminal off the blue/white wire and then solder the blue/white wire to the blue/red wire
 
OK... thought about it more and this is what i have come up with:

Red/blue wire = Kill switch
Purple wire = blue/white stator
Pink wire (front left in diagram, cant tell if its pink or green) = yellow/black coil wire
Green wire (rear left in diagram) = black/red stator

and the remaining wire needs to be earthed
