Not sure dude have a look around the bike normally there is a plate or maybe stamped into the frame is like a vin number
The maker of the bike normally puts an abbreviated name in the serial number
looks like a lifan 110 to me, there is a vin number on the head tube of the bike you can use to get the manufacterers( lifan,zongshen,etc). take that info to vindecoderz.com and they can give you info on make and model possibly
