Identify This Z50 For Me

Hey just wanting to no if anyone can tell me what yr this z50 is or tell me how i can I think its a 1960s.. the sealed wheels confuse me

It could be one of the old QA Hondas these had wheels similar to these

Looks like a 1968 K1.... frame numbers can help id the bike.
