I know the bike needs mirrors and other little safety things, but if it's 49cc it doesnt have to be registered here in california. I'm thinking of swapping a bigger engine in it since the vin is stamped "49cc" so it'll stay that way under the eyes of the law. I know i can get a moped plate for 20 sum bucks. I need help finding parts that fit just to make the bike a lil more comfortable to ride, like a high rise set of bmx bars and an adjustable rear shock. Thank you
