Inner rotor kit

So a friends of mine has a brand new inner rotor kit that he wants to give me as he bought it for another bike that he no longer has.

What are the general thoughts on inner rotor kits? Should I be worried about the extra stress on my china motor? Are they easy to install or is there a tutorial around? How much extra power can I expect from my 140cc motor?

iv'e just installed the lifan/daytona ORK that i got from terry (MR GDFP) won't get to test for 2 weeks though but i shall let you know once i do

The IRK is absolute rubbish!!! sure they spin up super quick to half revs but then the lack of a strong spark results in it breaking down from there on, P.O.S!
