is motormans' Z160HO cylinder and piston any good for what you need, it's 60mm ? turn your 110 into a 143cc

hmmm maybe.. it had a TB 143cc kit with a V2 head but the piston had seized & the barrel has worn like a oval.

i got a 130cc 57mm but now the V2 has to much lift i cut heaps out of the piston but the valves still hit was going to try extra base gasket today if no go maybe back to a stock head

nick had an S25 cam a while ago too? might solve the lift problem ?

but the 60mm ZS piston may still need a little taken out of the valve reliefs too ?

nah its cool, i'll stick with 57mm waiting for classic honda to reply there website say they have one in stock

You can have the 160 piston for nothing mate if you want Luke?

Worth a shot. Don't have a s25 cam though. Have a stock 160 cam though.
