So I can’t get the cluch on my lifan 140 to spring back the shaft on the clutch arm goes through the tube and the pin that engages the clutch plates is in, but I can’t figure out how to engage the clutch spring at the bottom of the shaft. Any ideas?

If you look at the bottom of the actuating arm that you insert in to the clutch casing you will see a small hole for the spring to be located

just had another look at your pic you uploaded and you have the spring upside down! the long bent end of the springneed to be at the bottom and pushed round to the left and the small end goes up and inserts in to the actuating arm. hope that helps

It did, thanks brotha! Now I just need to fab the kx65 swingarm and linkage up so I can ditch the Chinese rear shock and match my front forks!
