I purchased a lifan 140cc new from eBay.com came with everything carb intake electronics etc. I installed it on my xr70, for starters the way the motor sits in frame it makes the front sprocket and rear sprocket out of line so the chain is running at an angle which is one issue I have but the main problem I’m Having is the front sprocket is very rough meaning it’s catching real bad. Hard to Explain but basically I removed front sprocket and just turning the outdrive with my fingers it catches real bad like there is a problem in the tranny. Anyone had this issue?
