loose throttle cable

Just got a new throttle cable for mini chopper 50cc, and the throttle cable still seems loose after adjusting. Carb end is loose and when you give the gripa turn it takes a little bit for it to engage down at the carb. Any help, Thanks

sounds like you have the wrong length cable... the inner needs to be shorter...

Thanks I ordered the same length as the first and there was not an inner choice to pick from, I'l try another site to order parts from, Thanks Again

If your using one of the plastic throttles the play in them is shocking which I found contributes to a loose feeling.
What carb are you using?
