On my Lifan 150 i used a home made gasket instead of the rubber oring.
I bought some 1mm gasket paper from my local car part's shop.
The o'ring's don't compress too well and can cause the manifold face to warp.
So can over tightening the adapter to manifold bolt's
I'm pretty sure my 26mm manifold had 56-2 cast in it on one side and 6b on the other.
thats what i was thinking of doing to make sure it seals up, got some gasket paper in the shed so ill try making one. i only do the bolts up firm as i know what happens when you overtorque bolts.
i spoke to dhz and they said there all like that so another manifold wont help.
mines definitely 26mm but has no casting marks as i had a go at polishing it when i built the engine.
